In 2024, my daughter Izzy asked me, "How do I use what I'm learning in school in real life?"
Most kids don't get that answer until years later, when they are on their own and just starting to figure out life. Why wait? So we started Blue Dove Laser together.
Izzy was 14 when we started. Today she has a hand in every part of Blue Dove Laser, from marketing and sales to sourcing and engraving each piece. She's learning how a business runs, how to set a goal and reach it, and how to keep going when the work gets hard or uncomfortable.
